Understanding Custody and Child Support

Do you have a child with an ex-partner, and have questions about what the law provides for co-parenting moving forward? Do you have concerns about if, and how, you are to communicate with your ex regarding decisions for your child, and what financial obligations there might be?

Join &Rise and Colleen Breems, as we discuss custody considerations, which include:

  • Major decision-making for a child, as well as what types of custody there are

  • How custody is determined, and how to seek it.

  • We will also discuss child support, including how it is calculated, how to seek it, and how it can be paid.
